Short version: the tools on this site run in your browser and do not send what you type to us. We do not require accounts. Our web host records standard server logs, and we may use privacy-respecting analytics to count visits.

Who we are

This site, quotapp.com, is operated by QuotApp ("we", "us"). Contact: hello@quotapp.com.

The quote generator, estimate generator and calculators

Everything you enter into the quote generator, the estimate generator and the calculators is processed in your browser with JavaScript. It is not transmitted to our servers, not stored by us, and disappears when you close the tab. The PDF is created by your browser's print function on your device.

Downloads

Templates are static files. Downloading one does not require registration and we do not collect your email to release a file.

Data we do receive

  • Server logs. Our hosting provider (Google Firebase Hosting) records standard request data — IP address, user agent, requested URL, time — for security and operation, retained per the provider's policy.
  • Analytics. We may use Google Analytics 4 or a privacy-focused alternative to measure page views and referrers in aggregate. Where analytics use cookies or identifiers, we configure them for IP anonymization and do not use them for advertising.
  • Email. If you write to us, we keep the correspondence to answer you and for our records.

Cookies

The site itself sets no cookies for the tools or templates. Analytics, if enabled, may set first-party cookies to distinguish sessions. You can block them in your browser without affecting the site.

Third-party links

Comparison and pricing pages link to other companies' websites. Their privacy practices are their own.

Children

The site is intended for business users and is not directed at children under 16.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including the EU/EEA, UK, California and other US states), you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data we hold, to object to or restrict processing, and to complain to a supervisory authority. Because we hold almost no personal data, most requests can be answered immediately by email: hello@quotapp.com.

Changes

We will post changes on this page and update the effective date. Material changes affecting how the tools handle data will be announced on the tools' pages.
