About QuotApp
QuotApp is a small, independent publisher of free quoting tools for people who run service businesses: templates, a browser-based quote generator and pricing calculators. It launched in August 2026 and is operated by the QuotApp Team, a group with backgrounds in digital marketing for small businesses and in building web tools. It is not backed by a software vendor, and nothing on the site requires an account.
What we publish
- Quote templates, estimate templates and proposal templates in Word, Excel, Google Docs and PDF, with industry versions.
- A free quote generator and estimate generator that run entirely in your browser.
- Pricing calculators: markup, labor cost and hourly rate.
- Guides on writing, formatting, pricing and following up on quotes.
How the templates and guides are made
Every template is a real file we built and use as the base for the generator — the preview on each page is a render of the actual download. Industry pages are written one at a time: we read what the trade's own pricing guides say, pull national cost ranges from a named source (linked and dated on the page), build a filled-out example with realistic quantities and prices, and write the FAQs from the questions people actually search for. Pages that have not yet been through that process are kept out of search results until they have.
Price ranges on the site are national US figures from the cited sources, not our measurements, and they are there to sanity-check a quote, not to set it. We do not accept payment for placement in comparisons; where we list our own tool alongside others, we say so and state its limitations.
What we do with your data
The generators and calculators run in your browser; what you type is not sent to us. We do not require registration. Details are in the privacy policy.
Corrections and contact
If a price range, a template field or a piece of advice is wrong or outdated, tell us and we will fix it and update the date on the page. Email hello@quotapp.com or use the contact page.
